SANDRA MALEBE-THEMA and founder illustrious professional and business career has taken her into many and diverse business and social platforms. She enjoys a unique and influential personality within the South African Citizenry in socio-economic grounds she has more than twenty-seven years working experience both in the public and private sector.

The first 27 years she spends in the police force where she displayed prominent leadership capability with indispensable input into women & children protection methodologies, policy design & implementation. Her main area of expertise is in restructuring the police force with respect to victim protection modalities cannot be over-emphasized.

She has led numerous assignments including Empowerment of the Vulnerable (women & children) in her tenure at the Police Force and in Business , she retired as a Brigadier in SAPS, being one of the first black policewoman and a first black female detective in SAPS Sandra's most other prominent engagement involved pioneering the Victim Protection Programme at the SAPS which falls within the National Crime Prevention Strategy of the Government, she is a founder and pioneered Operation Basadi which was implemented country wide and subsequently reported to parliament and established Ombudsman programme in sexual harassment within the SAPS.

As a Business Woman and a Graduate, she directs various successful women-empowered organizations the country can offer. Her pragmatic leadership skills & abilities have landed many of her business.

LILLIAN MOFOKENG is a mature, self-driven individual with high work ethic, excellent communication skills and leadership qualities and highly creative. She has the ability to turn ideas into actions, handle problems and initiate new projects. She has a wealth of experience. For more than 14 years, she has earned a reputation for providing skilled and practical guidance gathered from a range of corporate business which has gained her extensive marketing and public relations skills.

She is a Founding Member and Director of Joxiworx Pty Ltd a Marketing and Communication company established in 2011 which is based in Gauteng offering services and business solutions mainly to private companies.

Lillian is currently employed as Senior Manager Marketing & Communications Manager for Prasa Rail Division and former Chief Director Marketing and Communication for the National Department of Trade and Industry. As part of her track record, she also worked as a Communication Consultant for Square Kilometre Array for a year. Her areas of expertise include Public Relations, Advertising, Brand Management, Corporate Communication, Media Relations, Crisis Communication Management, Customer Services, Publishing, Call Centre Management and Stakeholder Relations.

Lillian previously worked as Marketing and Communication Manager for the Department of Public Works, Metrorail, Post Office and Spoornet with the responsibility to overseeing full implementation of Integrated Marketing Communication solutions within the marketing mix. This include developing the strategic marketing plan, marketing research, identifying new business opportunities, public relations, corporate social investment, crisis communication planning, reputation management, event management and stakeholder communication.

Lillian holds a Masters of Business Administration from De Montfort University (UK), a BTech in Public Relations from Tshwane University of Technology, a Diploma in Public Relations from Technikon SA and a Management Development Programme Certificate from Wits Business School. She is a member of the International Association of Business Communications (IABC), Public Relations Institute of South Africa (PRISA) and the National Press Club.

Dr ​Nwabisa Nkungwana is known for her vibrant, energetic, approachable personality and professionalism. She has a gift and ability to always go an extra mile for the total wellbeing of her clients and associates. Her 6 years experience working with the community as a professional nurse and 17 years as a Medical Practitioner has earned her a solid reputation of being a great case manager and an excellent communicator, with capability to reach out to people across all ages bringing out the best in their wellbeing physically and emotionally.

A hard worker of note, always goes an extra mile when attending to clients purely to ensure that proper diagnosis is done and no relapses and wrong diagnoses are done. 

Her total 27 years working experience started when working as a Professional Nurse at All Saints Hospital from 1988 to 1990. She then decided to further her studies and worked as an Intern Medical Doctor at Steve Biko Academic Hospital in 1999; Medical Doctor in community service from 2000 to 2001; Medical Officer (Majorat 1 Military Hospital from 2002 to 2012; Medical Advisor at Metropolitan Health Insurance from 2015 to the present. She continued to operate as a General Practitioner in Private Practice from 2002 to the present.In addition to her work experience she worked as a Consultant in the mines and private companies on various health and occupational related issuesCounselling in (drug and alcohol abuse), women empowerment, children and woman abuse.


She performs her duties and responsibilities in a highly personalized and professional manner all the time to a point that where every client get services as if they are the only client she has. Her interpersonal skills, level of professionalism, patience, empathy, ethics and decisiveness enable her to dig deeper with all client to a point of addressing not only the symptoms but deals with the root causes as well. She has a genuine empathetic connection with her clients in an attempt to understand how they feel and how their condition is affecting their everyday life - and always looks at the total wellbeing and has the ability to actually detect, prevent and to a large extend some cases from becoming chronic. 

She strongly believes in the two magical words - Respect and Fairness in such a way that in administering her responsibility all  patients are treated equally, regardless of their ethnicity, lifestyle choices or conduct. As she normally puts it - "as a doctor my role is to treat my patients, not to judge them".  

Dr Nkungwana works well under pressure and understands the  importance to cope during these situations. She does so firstly, so that she has a clear head and is able to make good and quick decisions. Secondly, if you stay calm and the patient and their family can see that you are in control of the situation, they will find it easier to trust you as a doctor. She works hard to keep abreast of the latest developments in the rapidly changing medicine industry through reading new findings, innovative research and emerging theories at all times.

MUMBI MUSONDA is Chartered Accountant and the Managing partner for Kwacha Accounting Services, he brings a wealth of experience from the commercial industry having worked in Banking, Mining, Petroleum Industry, IT Industry and first hand extensive work experience in the African market.



DR TSHEPO JERRY MOSWEU brings a wealth of medical experience to Rebafenyi. A versatile, adequately experienced and dynamic medical practitioner who has been practicing medicine for the past 20 years after graduating in 1991 from the Medical University of South Africa (Medusa), has been operating his practices and at the same time doing sessions in various hospitals including George Mukhari, Steve Biko, Pretoria Academic, Sebokeng and Naledi Nkanyezi).

He also volunteers his services at local community clinics. Has been a board member where he co-pioneered an HIV and AIDS Hospice in Garankuwa, funded from his own Accreditation and Certification as a Healthcare Provider by the Resuscitation Council of Southern Africa. His accreditation includes BLS (Basic Life Support), ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) and APLS (Advanced Pediatric Life Support) as endorsed by the American Heart Association.

Currently he operates a busy multi-racial private practice with direct admission facilities in an ultra-modern private hospital.

TSHEGO MAGOOA joined the public sector in 1997 after working as a social work since 1989. She then actively participated at the Constitutional Assembly 1994 – 1996 as a coordinator. Her entry point to the public service was through Department of Housing. She then joined the Department of Finance in 2000 (National Treasury) as a Deputy Director - Personal Assistant to the then Deputy Minister of Finance, Mr. Mandisi Mpahlwa where she was subsequently promoted to a Director’s level. In 2004, after the second elections the Deputy Minister of Finance was promoted and given a new portfolio of Minister of Trade and Industry. Tshego was asked to move with the Minister, again as the Personal Assist. Despite assuming more responsibilities, the move also showed an exceptional vote of confidence to Tshego for her diligence and dedication to her work. After the third round of the country’s election and the change of leadership the dti Minister, Mr. Mpahlwa was redeployed and Tshego then joined in June 2009 Ms. Lulu Xingwana (the then the Minister of Arts and Culture) as her Chief of Staff. In November 2010 Minister Xingwana was changed from Arts and Culture to Women, Children and People with Disabilities, Tshego joined, to date.

Tshego Magooa holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work. Obtained several certificates in the following courses; Radiography, Economics, Communications, Business Management and Leadership Management. She has an incredible experience in the Public Service and remained a highly dedicated and astute servant. Tshego travelled extensively as per some of her job requirements. Tshego brings vast communication experience, marketing. Through her traveling, she made enormous and strategic connections as well as networking inroads (both locally and internationally), which will be of invaluable benefit to any company/organisation. Notwithstanding the fact that her social work background and experience also put her on a good standing in as far as her experience in both managing and working with all sorts of people is concerned.
